About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the spa and wellness department at Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, ensuring it operates in line with the hotel’s luxury standards and brand strategy. You will create memorable experiences that anticipate guest needs and foster lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, maintaining high service quality and brand compliance.
• Develop and implement wellness offerings that position the spa as a premier luxury destination.
• Manage and mentor spa staff, driving performance and teamwork.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to align guest experiences with overall hotel objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and inventory control.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a manager in a 5‑star luxury spa.
• Proven leadership in luxury hospitality operations.
• Completed an accredited program in massage and beauty therapy.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience delivering massage and beauty treatments in a resort or hotel spa (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced environments.
