C2C Lead – Credit & Collections

About the role

The C2C Lead will head the credit and collections function for Otis in Kuwait, translating regional priorities into concrete local actions. You will oversee both strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution of C2C projects, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with regional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the credit and collections team, assessing creditworthiness for key accounts.
• Design and execute project plans for C2C initiatives, meeting timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Manage daily collections, reserves, and dispute targets, tracking incidents and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor operational and project KPIs, analyse deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Align priorities with regional and local stakeholders, facilitating two‑way communication.
• Identify and implement process improvements for internal and external workflows.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the C2C IBAME Lead and regional management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and shared responsibility.
• Train team members on new processes and maintain close liaison with the Finance team.
• Support the C2C IBAME Lead in local implementation of initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in credit and collections, preferably in C2C environments.
• Ability to balance strategic planning, KPI management and operational coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Resilient, practical and solution‑focused in high‑pressure situations.
• University degree in Finance, Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Certified Credit Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.
