Food Packer – Dispatching Associate for Meal Preparation

About the role

Calo is seeking a Dispatching Associate to join its kitchen operations team in Kuwait. The role focuses on accurately portioning, preparing, and packing meals for daily deliveries while upholding strict hygiene and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Portion meal components accurately for each customer order.
• Prepare, pack, and ready all meals on time for dispatch.
• Follow daily production schedules and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Support last‑minute order changes without compromising quality.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in meal preparation and packaging.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimise workflow.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching or similar food‑industry roles (fast‑food experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.
• Basic knowledge of food safety (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Currently based in Kuwait.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, detail‑oriented and team‑oriented.
