Full‑time Faculty Positions in Business Administration

About the role

The College of Business Administration at the American University of the Middle East is seeking full‑time faculty members to join its accredited, learner‑centered programs. Candidates will teach undergraduate courses in one of the following areas: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Human Resource Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lectures, seminars, and tutorials to undergraduate students.
• Develop, update, and maintain course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current in the subject area.
• Contribute to departmental activities, curriculum design, and accreditation processes.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD degree from an internationally accredited university in the relevant discipline.
• Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate level.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, interdisciplinary, and fast‑paced academic environment.
• Demonstrable proficiency in oral and written English.
• Industry experience is considered an advantage.
