About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our hotel housekeeping team. The role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and assign duties.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping‑related issues promptly.
• Report maintenance issues to the engineering department.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hotel industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hotel housekeeping standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
