About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Human Resources Executive to join our team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The role will support all core HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local labour regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including payroll, attendance and record keeping.
- Oversee employee relations, address conflicts and promote constructive communication.
- Develop, update and implement HR policies in line with Kuwaiti labour law.
- Support recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programmes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations and policy implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti labour legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in construction or trading sectors is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software systems and tools.
