IT & ERP Support Executive (Exceed ERP) – Immediate Join

About the role

UAPCO, a leading agriculture company in Kuwait, is seeking an IT & ERP Support Executive to join its IT team in Sulaibiya. The role focuses on maintaining the Exceed ERP system and providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the Exceed ERP environment.
• Assist users with ERP-related queries and coordinate system updates.
• Perform routine system maintenance and ensure data integrity.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the support ticketing system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and ERP support.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Exceed ERP.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Currently residing in Kuwait is preferred.
