Logistics Coordinator – Freight Forwarding Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Hawally supports daily logistics operations across import, export, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipment follow‑up. The Logistics Coordinator will ensure smooth execution of shipping activities and act as a key liaison between carriers, customs agencies, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage shipping and clearance documentation.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Follow up with carriers, customs agencies, and clients to resolve operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement of internal logistics processes.
• Transfer operational knowledge to peers and document procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customs clearance.
• Background in freight forwarding companies; sales or client coordination experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of import, export, and customs clearance regulations in Kuwait.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
