About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support daily operations across multiple locations in Kuwait, ensuring smooth procurement, inventory management, and movement of supplies. This position is essential for maintaining efficiency as the organization expands its footprint and inventory volume.

Key responsibilities

• Order Management: Procure and track main parts, maintenance items, and operational supplies.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across all booths and guarantee availability.
• Stock Transfers: Coordinate movement of items between locations to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Maintenance Coordination: Track maintenance needs, spare parts, and ensure timely equipment servicing.
• Merchandise Management: Oversee merchandise stock, availability, and replenishment.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on stock levels, usage trends, and requirements.
• Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper stock planning.
