About the role
The Marketing Executive supports the Line Manager in delivering the hotel’s annual marketing and PR plan. This role coordinates projects across media relations, internal communications, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and drive commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with the execution of marketing and PR strategies, monitoring campaign performance and reporting to the Line Manager.
- Develop promotional collateral, maintain the hotel’s media library, and manage in‑house merchandising.
- Promote hotel offerings to media, covering food & beverage, rooms, and events.
- Support internal communications, including regional updates, press releases, newsletters, and executive speech drafting.
- Organise media familiarisation trips, coordinate interviews, and maintain media databases.
- Assist with on‑site photo shoots and video filming, ensuring all approvals are secured.
- Monitor social media activity, support loyalty marketing initiatives, and ensure brand standards are applied to all collateral.
- Execute translation, photography, and creative resource usage to optimise online presence.
Required profile
- Proven ability to support a Line Manager in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
- Experience managing multiple marketing, PR, and internal communication projects.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
