Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to lead and execute OD initiatives across our Head Office and regional operations. You will ensure consistency, clarity, and effectiveness in how the organization is structured, managed, and developed, turning strategy into sustainable people frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate policy and framework review cycles, conduct impact analysis, and prepare documentation.
• Manage the Employee Handbook lifecycle, including updates and regional rollouts.
• Apply regional OD standards while handling localization needs.
• Conduct organizational structure reviews, change impact analysis, and implementation planning.
• Translate business objectives into effective structures and role designs.
• Validate manpower against approved structures and job architecture.
• Lead end‑to‑end role changes and job analysis initiatives.
• Maintain job descriptions, job architecture, and competency frameworks across regions.
• Support career progression pathways, succession planning, and performance assessments.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and regional teams to embed OD initiatives.
• Produce OD analytics, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (PHRi, SPHRi, GPHR, CIPD) highly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in Organizational Development.
• Proven exposure to organizational design, restructuring, job analysis, performance, and talent frameworks.
