SAP Program Manager – S/4HANA Transformation

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead multi‑million‑dollar S/4HANA transformation programmes for customers in the Middle East. Based in Kuwait, the role reports to the board and requires strategic oversight, risk management and commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full programme lifecycle from assessment, design, build, deployment to hyper‑care.
• Define and enforce programme governance, reporting and decision frameworks.
• Coordinate functional streams (Finance, MM, HR, SCM) and technical streams (Integration, Data, Security).
• Manage a hybrid delivery model with onsite teams in Kuwait, near‑shore resources in Saudi Arabia and offshore contributors.
• Lead risk and dependency management, stakeholder alignment with CFO, HR and Procurement heads, and steering‑committee governance.
• Ensure quality of deliverables, drive cut‑over planning, deployment strategy and go‑live execution.
• Oversee transition to Application Management Services (AMS) post‑go‑live.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience delivering large‑scale SAP transformation programmes.
• At least three full‑cycle S/4HANA implementation leadership roles.
• Proven track record in the Middle East, preferably in aviation or public‑sector projects.
• Experience managing distributed and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong ability to align multiple senior stakeholders and manage high‑stakes programmes.
