SMB Account Manager – Kuwait

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for an SMB Account Manager to join its Kuwait commercial team. You will work directly with small and medium‑sized restaurant partners, helping them grow on the platform and achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of SMB restaurant partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Negotiate renewals, extensions and introduce new products or advertising revenue streams.
• Design and run performance‑focused campaigns to boost retention, customer outcomes and efficiency.
• Use data analysis to spot inefficiencies and growth opportunities, advising partners on revenue acceleration.
• Engage partners through voice, video, email and on‑site visits to ensure a high‑impact, omnichannel experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or a similar commercial role with measurable business results.
• Full professional fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using data.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
