Sneaker Maker – Co‑creation Specialist

About the role

Golden Goose is seeking a creative Sneaker Maker to lead the co‑creation experience for customers at its Harvey Nichols store in The Avenues Mall, Kuwait. The role blends artistic design with customer service, turning customers’ ideas into unique, personalized footwear that reflects the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create personalized Golden Goose sneakers with clients using drawing, illustration and basic sewing techniques.
• Guide customers through the co‑creation journey, maintaining brand storytelling and values.
• Drive sales through proactive cross‑selling and up‑selling, supporting pre‑ and post‑sale activities.
• Register customers on the Golden App for segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co‑creation area according to visual‑merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations such as opening/closing, inventory management and compliance with GDPR and health‑and‑safety policies.
• Utilise digital tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance customer engagement.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma minimum; design‑related education preferred.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.

Required skills

• Artistic techniques: marker drawing, watercolor, acrylic painting, basic embroidery and sewing.
• Proficiency with digital tools: Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth.
