Technical Sales Consultant – AI & Analytics

About the role

The Technical Sales Consultant – AI & Analytics will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing opportunities for ZainTECH’s AI and analytics portfolio. The role engages enterprise and government clients across the MENA region, translating business challenges into measurable AI‑driven outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of ZainTECH’s AI and analytics solutions across enterprise and government sectors.
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities related to AI, advanced analytics and data platforms.
• Own and manage a qualified pipeline of AI‑related opportunities across operating markets.
• Develop account strategies with Account Managers to expand AI adoption within existing clients.
• Lead client engagements to understand business challenges and align AI solutions with strategic priorities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and lead deal closure in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Proactively generate pipeline through client engagement, partner collaboration and market outreach.
• Lead discovery sessions with senior business and technology stakeholders and apply qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC or BANT.
• Track and manage opportunities through the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Position ZainTECH’s AI and analytics offerings—including AI Readiness, Data Governance, Advanced Analytics, Generative AI and Agentic AI—to senior executives.
• Collaborate with hyperscaler partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Dataiku) to develop joint opportunities and co‑selling motions.

Required profile

• Experience engaging enterprise and government clients across the MENA region.
• Ability to lead client engagements, understand business challenges and propose AI‑driven solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills and capability to close complex B2B deals.
• Proficiency in pipeline development, opportunity qualification and CRM management.
