Alloy Cloud Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Alloy Cloud Solutions Engineer is the technical backbone of the Oracle Alloy partner ecosystem. You will work directly with distributor and reseller partners to enable, design, and deliver branded cloud platforms built on Alloy, driving partner sales velocity and long‑term customer adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical enablement programs (bootcamps, certifications, playbooks) for partner sales, presales, and solution architecture teams.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners, conducting discovery sessions, demos, and proof‑of‑concept environments.
• Partner with account teams to qualify opportunities, assess workload fit, licensing, regulatory and infrastructure requirements.
• Create and maintain go‑to‑market assets such as reference architectures, solution briefs, ROI/TCO calculators, and demo scripts.
• Lead solution design workshops, own the technical narrative in proposals, and ensure post‑sale supportability.
• Produce right‑sized infrastructure estimates and design target‑state architectures covering security, networking, identity, resiliency, and cost optimization.

Required profile

• Senior or principal‑level professional with extensive experience in cloud solution engineering.
• Proven ability to work with partner ecosystems and drive technical adoption.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into partner‑focused enablement content.
