Assistant Regulatory Compliance Manager

About the role

The Assistant Regulatory Compliance Manager ensures that production schedules are met while maintaining hygiene and quality standards. The role also optimizes personnel use and supports the Senior QC Affairs Manager in regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Deputize the Senior QC Affairs Manager and act as the primary point of contact for regulatory compliance.
• Assess finished‑product compliance with regulations, claims, standards and labeling for all markets and report key performance indicators.
• Maintain up‑to‑date legal, regulatory and customer standards for KDD across all markets.
• Liaise with local authorities in Kuwait and the wider GSO region, ensuring strong relationships and availability of Arabic and English translations of standards.
• Manage downstream quality systems in the supply chain, including warehouses, distribution and customer traceability.
• Provide training on compliance and quality matters to warehouses, external partners and internal teams.
• Support technical approval of artwork, barcode verification and maintain related processes in Oracla and RDnl.
• Assist R&D to ensure new products, ingredients and packaging meet local and international requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Science and Technology.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in QA, development or regulatory roles within a food manufacturing environment.
• Preferably a certified quality and food‑safety auditor.
