Associate Manager of Culinary

About the role

Kitopi is seeking an Associate Manager of Culinary to lead kitchen execution across multiple outlets in its fast‑growing cloud‑kitchen network. You will ensure consistent quality, speed, and cleanliness while supporting new menu launches and opening new locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead kitchen execution across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality, speed, and cleanliness.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Coach and support kitchen teams on station performance, service readiness, and peak‑hour execution.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance with Quality & Compliance teams.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, quality checks, and operational audits, driving action plans.
• Support inventory control, waste reduction, and food cost optimization.
• Partner with Ops and Restaurant Managers on labor planning, productivity, and kitchen KPIs.
• Support new menu launches, product trials, and seasonal rollouts.
• Lead kitchen readiness for new openings and ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of kitchen/operations leadership experience (multi‑outlet preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fast‑paced, high‑volume service environments.
• Proven ability to train teams, enforce standards, and improve performance.
• Strong understanding of food cost, waste control, inventory discipline, and operational KPIs.
• Confident, hands‑on leader with strong communication and coaching skills.
• High standards for quality, consistency, and customer experience.
