About the role

We are seeking reliable individuals to join our payment team as Bank Transfer Agents. This is an online, commission‑based position where you will act as a payment partner, helping users top up their balances on our platform.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers with deposit and withdrawal transactions.
Follow standard operating procedures with accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience.

Required profile

Good communication skills.
Responsible, detail‑oriented, and trustworthy.
Any nationality may apply; prior finance or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
