Business Analyst – Business Process Re‑Engineering

About the role

The Business Analyst will act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, driving end‑to‑end business process re‑engineering initiatives that support digital enablement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analyse current (As‑Is) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design optimized (To‑Be) workflows.
• Produce clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Lead transformation projects that deliver measurable business value and align with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project management or consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA or PMI‑PBA are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with requirements‑management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Advanced use of the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with data‑analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Signavio (preferred).
