Content & Creative Manager

About the role

Korea Town is looking for a Content & Creative Manager to lead its in‑house creative team and shape the brand’s visual identity, voice, and storytelling across every customer touchpoint. This senior role combines brand strategy, content creation, and end‑to‑end production for both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the internal creative team as an internal agency, protecting brand visual identity and tone of voice.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for all customer interactions.
• Own the content strategy and editorial calendar across owned channels.
• Create platform‑native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social media, focusing on trends, storytelling and growth.
• Oversee production of Reels, TikToks, Stories, static assets, educational series and social‑first campaigns.
• Manage end‑to‑end creation of digital and offline assets, including CRM, website, e‑commerce, digital advertising, OOH, events, store openings and packaging.
• Build and coordinate a network of UGC creators, influencers, photographers, videographers and stylists.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to refine content, formats and messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a creative team and shaping brand identity.
• Strong understanding of GCC cultural nuances and trends.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual and narrative content.
• Excellent project management skills to ensure timely, on‑brand delivery.
