Delivery Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to transport our products to customers promptly and professionally. The role focuses on timely deliveries, customer satisfaction, and safe vehicle operation while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to designated customer locations and deliver products within agreed timeframes.
• Plan and optimise routes based on delivery addresses and schedules.
• Collect payments at the point of delivery and issue receipts.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, including tire pressure checks, and report any accidents or injuries immediately.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, complete daily paperwork, and keep the vehicle clean and safe.
• Address customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of service.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs or maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a delivery driver.
• Valid Kuwait Light Driving License.
• Good knowledge of local roads and delivery routes.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry products as required.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
