Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the financial operations of a large‑scale mixed‑use development project in Kuwait. The role will monitor the company’s overall financial position, maintain accurate records and provide insight for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports on performance and obligations.
• Conduct financial analysis for new projects and investment opportunities.
• Oversee payment processing and collection activities to ensure cash‑flow efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
• Maintain compliance with financial commitments and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, investment or a similar sector.
• Proven track record of monitoring financial performance and preparing reports.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage payment and collection processes.
• Valid transferable visa.
