About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert delivers memorable guest experiences by providing attentive service throughout the dining journey. Working in a Marriott hotel in Kuwait City, you will ensure every interaction—from table setup to bill presentation—reflects the brand’s commitment to wonderful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow safety standards.
• Handle transactions and ensure they are integrated smoothly into the guest experience.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
