Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, technical issues, feature requests, and general product support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client training sessions, tailoring presentations to client requirements.
• Manage the client onboarding process, including implementation, data integration where required, and user adoption.
• Oversee client accounts, handling contract renewals, upselling opportunities, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Collaborate with the product development team to communicate client feedback and support product improvements.
• Handle solution configuration and administration for clients.
• Prepare client presentations for feedback, awareness, and employee engagement sessions as required.
• Conduct regular QA checks to ensure product functionality, accuracy, and user experience.
• Research industry best practices, emerging trends, and relevant developments to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in functional consulting, product support, or a client‑facing role.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Proactive approach with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
