Guest Relation Officer – Female (Full‑time)

About the role
The Guest Relation Officer will support the Guest Relations Department in delivering Hyatt’s high‑standard service to guests, owners and staff. Working within the Rooms Division, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations while aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient running of the Guest Relations Department.
- Ensure activities are in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Help meet the expectations of employees, guests and owners.
- Support the smooth operation of the Guest Relations function within the Rooms Division.
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Knowledge of tourism management principles.
