Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Four Seasons resort in Kuwait City is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s luxury standards while supporting a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support day‑to‑day housekeeping activities.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate guest and internal service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist with departmental administration, scheduling, reporting, and record keeping.
• Monitor maintenance issues and liaise with relevant departments for prompt action.
• Manage inventory of supplies, linens, and equipment, keeping pantries stocked.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members, promoting teamwork and service excellence.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and hotel policies.
• Participate in departmental meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and lead service recovery when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
