About the role
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems. You will manage a team of technicians, ensure safety and industry compliance, and coordinate projects for timely completion.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate project schedules to meet deadlines.
- Communicate project status and expectations with clients.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on HVAC.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, including supervisory roles.
- Valid driving license.
- Transferable residency (Iqama) #18.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
Required skills
- HVAC systems knowledge.
