HVAC Technician – Repairs & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Engineering & Facilities team in Kuwait City. The role focuses on inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, air‑quality, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal comfort and safety for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report hazards and complete required training.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a clean, uniform appearance.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC/maintenance experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification.
