About the role
We are seeking a motivated IT Assistant to support our team in Al‑Rai, Kuwait. The role involves providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees across the organization.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Install, configure and maintain IT equipment.
- Assist with the management of IT assets and user accounts.
Required profile
- Previous IT support experience in Kuwait is preferred.
- Holder of a transferable Article 18 visa.
- Good communication skills.
- Availability to join immediately.
