IT Specialist – Executive Support

About the role

The IT Specialist – Executive Support provides dedicated technology assistance to the Group CEO, Chairman and senior executives. You will work independently and be on‑call 24/7 to ensure seamless IT operations for VIP users.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all technical IT matters affecting executive users.
• Support and mentor a team of IT Specialists, sharing best practices and delivering world‑class customer experience.
• Collaborate with Service Operations to define roadmaps, plan projects and manage change activities.
• Conduct impact assessments for all changes to minimise disruption to executive services.
• Promote technology adoption that drives productivity gains and enhances user satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of overall IT experience, including 3‑5 years supporting senior executives.
• Strong communication, documentation, training and customer‑service abilities.
• Professional demeanor with a proven track record of supporting VIP clients.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS operating systems, end‑user devices (PCs, smartphones, tablets).
• TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, desktop and network troubleshooting.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, file/print services, monitoring tools.
• Apple technologies (macOS, iOS, AirPlay, AirPrint) and integration with AD.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Cloud platforms, MDM/device management, application packaging and deployment.
• Jamf (Casper Suite); knowledge of home automation and high‑end Hi‑Fi systems is a plus.
