IT Specialist – PMO

About the role

The IT Specialist – PMO will lead and coordinate large‑scale technical projects within the Digital portfolio, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The role blends project management expertise with strong communication and analytical abilities, supporting both business and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project plans, set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor progress across the full software development and deployment lifecycle.
• Provide day‑to‑day coordination, reporting, and risk management for complex, product‑oriented technology initiatives.
• Motivate project teams, deliver clear direction, and ensure stakeholder alignment across business units, IT groups, external vendors, and implementation partners.
• Collaborate closely with product management to guarantee that large‑scale projects meet timelines and expectations.
• Maintain visibility of project status at all organizational levels and drive solutions from initiation to successful completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex, product‑focused technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, large teams, and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) – preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise ERP systems.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methods, including Scrum and Kanban.
