Mail and Distribution Support Specialist

About the role

Trace Systems is recruiting a Mail and Distribution Support Specialist to provide official mail and distribution services at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely handling of mail in accordance with Army Regulations, Department of Defense, and USPS policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide official mail and distribution services in accordance with applicable ARs, DOD, and USPS manuals.
• Receive, pick up, and distribute all classes of incoming official mail and parcels daily.
• Maintain and update a daily Brigade mail list for all official mail and parcels.
• Receive, sign for, and handle regular, accountable, and classified mail from the installation mail center and private carriers.
• Maintain authorization rosters for receipt of classified and accountable mail for each unit.
• Research and redirect misdirected personal mail and process undeliverable mail.
• Dispatch outgoing regular, accountable, and classified official mail according to regulations.
• Maintain active and inactive files of unit mail clerks and authorized signatories.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Active, in‑scope US Government‑issued Secret clearance.
• US citizenship.
• Minimum two years of experience providing mail support to a US Military base.
• Experience using official mail and distribution procedures.
• Ability to lift 70 lb routinely.
