Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing Executive to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, brand activations and promotional activities, ensuring strong customer engagement and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events, brand activations, product launches and promotional activities from concept to execution.
• Develop and execute creative on‑ground activations that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Build and manage the annual and monthly marketing calendar, ensuring all activities are delivered on time.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, in‑store and other relevant channels.
• Work with creative teams and suppliers to develop event concepts, branding, promotional materials and other marketing assets.
• Support B2B marketing activities, events, partnerships and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate social‑media activities related to events, activations and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new marketing and activation opportunities.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and assist in the management of event and marketing budgets.
• Track and evaluate the performance of events, activations and campaigns using KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication & Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years proven experience in marketing, preferably with B2B exposure.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to think strategically.
