Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehab (Weekend)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation agency on a weekend schedule. The role involves delivering high‑quality OT services to a complex patient population, ensuring independence and accountability in care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to inpatient rehab patients during weekend shifts (7:30 am‑4:00 pm).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and facility protocols.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain compliance with facility competencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Uphold patient safety standards, including CPR readiness and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Current Arkansas State Board license in Occupational Therapy.
• BS, MS, or DPT degree in Occupational Therapy.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and accountably with complex cases.
• Commitment to professional growth and departmental development.
