Operations PMO Manager

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking an experienced Operations PMO Manager to lead project governance, execution, and performance monitoring across the organization. You will ensure operational projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized PMO processes, templates, governance frameworks and project management methodologies.
• Establish clear project workflows, approval processes and operational SOPs.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards and governance compliance.
• Oversee critical operational projects such as new site launches, capacity expansions and process improvements.
• Review project plans, risks, issues and mitigation actions to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead escalation of major operational issues, system disruptions and capacity challenges.
• Coordinate seasonal readiness plans, resource requirements and operational stress testing.
• Create project dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility on progress, risks and performance.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and decision papers for senior leadership.
• Facilitate management meetings, steering committees and operational reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in PMO, Operations or Project Management roles.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional operational projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior management.
