Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

About the role

Join our organization as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist, responsible for guiding digital transformation initiatives across multiple operational groups and faculties. You will assess readiness, mitigate adoption risks, and ensure smooth transition to new portals and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform stakeholder impact assessments to gauge readiness for digital transitions.
• Identify adoption risks, sources of resistance, cultural barriers and develop proactive mitigation plans.
• Drive the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) across user groups, including communication of business need, champion engagement, role‑based training coordination, post‑training support, and adoption measurement.
• Draft, translate and deliver OCM communications in Arabic and English (newsletters, portal announcements, executive briefs, user guides).
• Build and maintain relationships with department heads, IT leadership, implementation vendors (e.g., Liferay, Protiviti) and change champions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management and digital transformation projects.
• Ability to conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders, including IT and external vendors.
• Capability to coordinate training, support networks and measure adoption outcomes.
