About the role
The private equity firm in Doha is expanding its investment team and seeks a Director or Vice President to lead Asia‑focused initiatives. The role will drive the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities to closing transactions and managing portfolio investments.
Key responsibilities
- Originate and evaluate deal opportunities across Asian markets.
- Lead transaction execution, including screening, structuring, negotiation and documentation.
- Oversee direct investing and equity‑linked investment activities.
- Coordinate and manage due‑diligence processes and teams.
- Maintain relationships with clients, counterparties and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- 10–15 years of experience in private equity or related investment roles.
- Proven track record in deal origination, execution and investment in Asian markets.
- Background in equity‑linked investments and economics.
- Experience managing negotiations and due‑diligence processes.
- Comfortable operating at Director or Vice President level within an investment team.
