Project Manager – Construction & Operations (Kuwait)

About the role

The Project Manager will be the single point of contact for a large U.S. Government facility in Kuwait, overseeing operations and maintenance support services for light construction projects. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role ensures project delivery aligns with quality standards, budget constraints, and schedule commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables and required resources.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor contractual performance, costs, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, providing direction and support.
• Prepare and present progress reports, issue escalations, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Implement change management processes to meet evolving project outputs.
• Ensure compliance with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and required reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum ten years of Project Management or Construction Management experience.
• At least seven years of supervisory experience.
• Five years of project management experience, including two years in a managerial capacity on similar contracts.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (desired).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired).
