Regional People Experience Specialist

About the role

The Regional People Experience Specialist will shape and enhance the employee journey at Boutiqaat, from post‑onboarding through long‑term engagement and retention. This role blends HR expertise with creativity and a strong cultural awareness across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and monitor recognition programs such as Employee of the Month, Best Sales Achiever, and other appreciation initiatives.
• Act as a primary contact throughout the employee lifecycle, identifying early engagement risks and partnering with stakeholders to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Drive employer branding initiatives that authentically reflect Boutiqaat’s culture and values, supporting internal communication campaigns.
• Lead creative welcome campaigns for new hires, managing internal and external announcements to ensure visibility.
• Support learning and development activities, including training introductions, session coordination and delivery support.
• Design, launch and analyse employee surveys, preparing actionable reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a focus on employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in large, multi‑country, multicultural organisations.
• Strong understanding of post‑onboarding, engagement, recognition and retention practices.
• Marketing‑oriented mindset with a passion for employer branding and culture storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Canva for content creation.
• Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS) for reporting and analytics.
