Retail Coordinator – Store Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Retail Coordinator to act as the hub between retail locations, contractors, service providers and internal teams at Ateej for Oud. The role ensures contracts, installations and maintenance activities are tracked, updated and completed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update retail contracts, agreements and supporting documents across all locations.
• Track contract expiry dates, renewals, approvals and signatures, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate installation works for new stores, managing schedules, site requirements and progress reporting.
• Handle maintenance requests from retail sites, liaise with contractors and service providers, and ensure timely resolution.
• Keep accurate records of contracts, installations, maintenance activities and related documentation.
• Prepare basic reports on contract status, outstanding requirements and project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in retail, purchasing, administration or coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
