Sales Coordinator cum Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator cum Accountant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling sales coordination, accounting tasks, and day‑to‑day administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations, including petty cash handling and preparation of daily/monthly management reports.
• Maintain product stock records, monitor inventory levels, and communicate updates to staff.
• Calculate product costing, allocate margins, and analyse project‑wise profit and loss statements.
• Prepare profit‑sharing calculations for business partners and report updates to management.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and supplier advance payment reporting.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes and coordinate document submissions.
• Record sales, purchase and payment transactions accurately in Tally ERP and Vyapar.
• Coordinate with clients via email, update sales reports, and support project completion.
• Assist in tender/bid documentation for ministries, KOC & KNPC and process cheques and payment requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, accounting, and business operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate financial reports.
