Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external customers, ensuring smooth shipment processes and supporting the company’s growth. This role combines sales support with logistics coordination to deliver timely and accurate shipping services.

Key responsibilities

• Update external clients with daily shipment status reports.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to secure shipping documents before vessel arrival.
• Arrange delivery schedules with warehouses and transport companies to minimize demurrage.
• Verify ocean freight and forwarder charges promptly.
• Maintain internal tracking systems for real‑time shipment visibility.
• File original and copy documents, payment advices, and receipts.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after‑sales support.
• Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating information.
• Process orders accurately and inform clients of any delays.
• Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a sales coordinator.
• Team player with a high level of dedication.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
