About the role
The company is seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering to drive parts and service sales in the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, understand customer needs, and deliver solutions that meet sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets across parts, service repairs, oil, and SOS categories.
- Execute the agreed business plan to meet sales and market‑share objectives.
- Develop deep knowledge of customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Visit customers, complete inspection reports and communicate results.
- Coordinate with the Service department to select optimal repair options and follow up on pending jobs.
- Monitor competitor activities and relay insights to support marketing strategy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or engineering experience.
