Senior ESB Developer (WebMethods) – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ESB Developer with deep expertise in Software AG WebMethods to join our integration team in Kuwait. The role involves designing, building and maintaining enterprise‑service‑bus solutions that enable seamless communication across business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement integration solutions using WebMethods components such as Integration Server, Universal Messaging, Designer, API Gateway and Terracotta.
• Create and manage APIs, services and interfaces to support enterprise‑wide integration.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and fellow developers to define requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Optimize and troubleshoot integration workflows, ensuring reliability, performance and security.
• Support deployment activities, conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Document technical solutions and provide production support as needed.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in ESB or integration development, with at least 5 years hands‑on WebMethods.
• Strong knowledge of WebMethods Integration Server, Designer, API Gateway, Universal Messaging and adapters (JDBC, SAP, flat‑file).
• Experience with API development, SOAP/REST services, XML, JSON and web‑services standards.
• Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware concepts.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
