About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team in Al‑Rai, Kuwait. The role focuses on low‑voltage, safe‑lock, and vault‑door lock services, ensuring reliable operation and customer satisfaction. This is a full‑time, onsite position requiring a valid driving licence.
Key responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of low‑voltage electrical systems.
- Service and troubleshoot safe‑lock mechanisms and vault‑door lock equipment.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Required profile
- Technical education or relevant certification in electrical or mechanical services.
- Proven experience with low‑voltage, safe‑lock, and vault‑door lock systems.
- Valid driving licence for travel between client sites.
- Ability to work independently on‑site and communicate effectively with clients.
