Site Manager – WEXMAC Program

About the role

The Site Manager will lead daily operations for one or multiple sites supporting the WEXMAC program in Kuwait. Reporting to the VP Kuwait Country Manager, the role ensures contractual success, safety, and quality while coordinating with government contacts and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Government on all site operational and maintenance matters.
• Supervise site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with the WEXMAC Performance Work Statement.
• Develop and manage Scope of Work (SoW) solicitations and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
• Create and maintain site doctrine, including Site Safety Plan, Quality Plan, Work Construction procedures, and applicable SOPs.
• Prepare required reports, documentation, and ensure accountability, safety, and security of equipment and personnel.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Task Order Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Active Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Minimum ten (10) years of managerial experience in a multi‑discipline environment.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred).
