Social Media & Marketing Officer

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Officer to boost its digital presence, engage audiences, and bring marketing campaigns to life across e‑commerce beauty and lifestyle channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content plans for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Create captions, Reels, Stories, graphics and short‑form videos; manage content calendars, scheduling and publishing.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone of voice and visual identity.
• Monitor and respond to customer comments, direct messages, inquiries and feedback.
• Support planning and execution of product launches, seasonal promotions and activations.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, agencies and internal teams.
• Organise photoshoots, video shoots, events and promotional activities from concept to execution.
• Track social media and campaign performance, analyse insights and optimise engagement.
• Monitor competitors, trends and emerging social media opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, content creation or customer engagement.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or e‑commerce is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Hands‑on experience using Canva, CapCut and Photoshop (or similar design tools).
