Speech Pathologist – Day Shift

About the role
This position is for a qualified Speech Pathologist working day shifts, including occasional weekends, to deliver therapeutic services to a diverse and complex patient population.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech‑language assessments and therapy across all age groups.
- Demonstrate independence and accountability while delivering high‑quality patient care.
- Complete all facility competencies and maintain compliance with clinical standards.
- Participate in professional and departmental growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Valid Arkansas State Board license for Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Ability to work independently and manage a complex caseload.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Required skills
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
