Sr. HR Officer

About the role

The Senior HR Officer will act as a generalist partner, supporting performance management, talent development, recruitment, payroll and employee engagement across the organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will drive HR best practices and contribute to strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line HR consultation on policies, performance, compensation, benefits and recruitment.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Coordinate workflows between HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and Government Services.
• Deliver induction programs for new joiners.
• Administer probationary and performance review cycles.
• Work with line managers to develop employee improvement plans.
• Partner with Talent Development to plan and roll out annual performance appraisals.
• Handle HR transactions such as compensation changes, status updates, transfers and exits.
• Provide day‑to‑day performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct internal investigations and recommend resolutions.
• Lead exit interviews, analyse turnover and suggest retention strategies.
• Prepare HR reports by collecting and analysing data trends.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Lead ad‑hoc HR projects as required.
• Coordinate training activities based on appraisal feedback.
